The firm’s Managing Director Mr Nigel Spencer Phipps is a Chartered Financial Planner, and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.

We are conveniently based near to Manchester International Airport and have strong road and rail links to all areas of the North West and beyond with ample on-site parking.

We provide advice on a wide range of areas including Investment Management, Retirement Planning, Inheritance Tax Planning, Personal and Family Protection, and Business Protection.

We take care to establish our clients’ needs and aspirations, attitude to investments, savings, and protection, so that we can deliver an appropriate financial solution for them.

Clients are at the heart of our business and delivering an outstanding service at all times is what we strive to do. However, we recognise that from time to time a client of ours may feel they have cause to complain.
We are committed to dealing with complaints effectively and fairly in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s complaint handling rules and guidance. If a client has cause to complain, a dedicated team focused on ensuring that the clients are treated fairly during the process will deal with the complaint.
